Window Mode & Mulitple Monitors

I have two displays. The primary display is a 1280x768 laptop screen. The secondary display is a 1280x1024 external LCD. The two are configured as an extended desktop so that windows can be dragged from one monitor to the other.

I have been playing OOTP as a 1024x768 window on my laptop screen while I was away on business. Now that I am back I would like to play it as a 1280x1024 window on my external LCD.

Changing the resolution to 1280x1024 (windowed) in the Game Settings menu results in the creation of a 1280x768 window popping up on my laptop display. I can drag this window to my external LCD, but I cannot maximize it or otherwise increase the size of the window.

Using full screen mode set at 1280x1024 only creates a full screen on my primary LCD (at 1280x768 full screen).

Any ideas on how to create a 1280x1024 window in my case?

Thank you. It's not a huge issue, but certainly one I'd like to see worked out if possible.

I have never been able to get a different size on another monitor neither, nor can I get it load in full screen on a separate monitor.

There has been something mentioned about screen sizes for Patch #4 so whether this helps in the aforementioned situations we'll have to wait and see.
