Repeated game crashes......can someone please help?

I have tried several times to play the demo download of OOTP 10. Everytime I start a new league and then close out of the game and then try to bring it back up later and try to load my saved league, I get a message saying the .exe is forcing the entire game to shut down. I really love the game and want to purchase it but I need to know that I will be able to play without this happening. I run the game in XP and if anyone knows how to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

This is very strange. We will release a patch soon (next week) and will update the demo as well, I suggest trying it again then. Also, I suggest disabling any virus scanners or programs that may interefere with OOTP while playing it.
