Directory Paths

I created a league on my home comp + simulated about 1/3 of a season. I thought I would just be able to backup the files + restore them on my work computer, but ti did not launch properly. The backup + restore worked fine but when I tried to load the game I got the following error: "Cannto find historical database! Please check your database path in the league options."

For the life of me I could not find any such menu item in League options. Any one know how to properly configure this + play the same league on two computers?

Thank you,

GS.

The answer to the first part of your question is that the text box for the data path is in the middle of the Rules tab, in a section called Historical Rookies Options.

I don't know the answer to the second part of your question (having never tried it) but possibly you could do it by manually editing this data path every time you switched computers. OTOH, if you were clever about how you installed the game on both computers, the data path might be the same.

Thank you Steve P. Yes, there it was right in front of me. I think you are correct on the second part of the answer: I would have to revise the path every time I load on each computer. A bit of a pain, but quite feasible.

Thanks again,

GS.
