error when trying to join an online league

I'm having trouble joining an online league. I've downloaded the file, however, at first when I clicked the saved game in ootpx this message popped up: path type constant passed to function FOLDER::set() was invalid.
After downloading the file a 2nd time the saved game did not show up in ootpx. It had disappeared even though I had saved the game under saved games in the correct folder. Anyone know how to fix this problem so that I can join the league?

never seen this before but with my league I have to make a folder in the gamed saved game folder called leaguename.lg. I have to extract my league files into this folder. If your folder doesn't have the .lg at the end it wont show up.

If you did it this way- then I'm not sure. Goog luck

Do you have a link to this league file? It would be easier to find out the problem if we could see how the initial file is set up.

Also, what OS are you using?
