Documentation for Editing Nation Flags out of date

The flags in OOTP 10 are 18 x 12, not 20 x 12. The must be saved in PNG format, but it leaves out a crucial detail: it must be 32-bit PNG.

Using another bit depth, like 24-bit or 8-bit (or letting your graphic program auto-detect, since it may choose these bit depths) will result in PNGs that cannot be read by OOTP.
