Game crashes with team_nick_names.txt is too small

What were you doing? Creating an historical league with a modified team_nick_names.txt
What happened? After pressing "Add Historical League" the game crashes.
Reproducible? Yes
Problem occurs with other leagues? Yes

I was attempting to make a league that would have a very small number of team nicknames, as I am going to sim pre-1871 baseball. I only had nine nicknames in the file and the game crashed whenever I attempted to create the league.

I solved the problem by taking the nine nicknames and simply copy and pasting the original nine until I had several dozen.

I wouldn't merit this as requiring a fix, but it may be good to mention this in the documentation. I have a feeling that if the number of available names in the file is less than the number of teams in the league (the historical league will default to 16 teams), that the game will crash. I haven't verified this.
