Licensing Problem

Hello, all. I e-mailed OOTP about this a week ago but have yet to get a response, so I figured I would check any see if anyone knows who I should contact. I had OOTPX installed on both my PC and laptop. I got a virus on my laptop and had to format my hard drive, thus losing everything on it. When I went to reinstall OOTPX using my licensing code, the game wouldn't let me because I already had installed it twice. That said, I now only have it on my PC, and I usually play the game on my laptop because it's more convenient. Any suggestions on who to contact? I e-mailed info@ootpdevelopments.com the last time. I miss the game!
