i know this is going to seem greedy as a yankee fan but for some reason no matter how much i win everytime i sim to the end the yankees budget drops at least 10 mil everytime can anyone explain this..

btw its just a solo league sim but in my online league its the same kinda thing

I assume this is using 2009 MLB rosters that come with the game. It's probably just OOTP self-correcting the finances for the next year. OOTP-created teams don't usually have such extreme outliers like the Yankees finances in real life.

The only I can think of is to raise the ticket prices if you have mostly sellouts. You could do some other things like give them a higher media contract or somehow give them a little more income.

i just simmed with the set that came with ootp X and the same thing happens no matter what the yankees budget drops to 219mil its almost like the game doesnt support that high of a budget.

I'll note this down as something to look at in XI during beta testing, but as there's nothing that can be done with this in X now I'm going to close this thread for housekeeping.
