msvcr71.dll missing after install

Just tried to install new copy on XP SP2 machine, keep getting error that this file is missing. Anyone ran into this before. system works fine otherwise.

Renaming the msvcr90.dll in the OOTP10 directory to 71 has resolved the issue. Please close.
