limit in number of files displayed post-patch

I've patched to number 4, and I'm still experiencing the issue where it will only display the first 1000 files in a folder where I'm looking to load an item. I thought this was fixed this patch?

It is and it isn't. You have a filter button now that should allow you some flexibility and it works well with fuzzy searches.
