Delete and Rename greyed out in "Load Game"

I started a new game and now, I want to go ahead and delete it from the "Load Game" screen. However, Delete and Rename are greyed out.

Please, someone, tell me what I am doing wrong.

Thanks for any assistance provided.

You can't delete your current game (or the only game you have going.) Once you create another game (and that game is loaded by default) you should be able to delete your first game.
