Movement Rating Exporting to CSV Files Inaccurately

I'm running an online league on version 10.4.31, and we're currently in the offseason using Getch's draft utility. I noticed that there were several discrepancies where the "movement" rating was concerned, where players showed a different movement rating in the draft utility than they did in the game file or the online reports. I did a cursory check of the csv files the game is exporting, and the movement rating seems to have exported incorrectly for nearly every pitcher in the file.

Some players export with lower movement ratings than they should, some with larger ones.
