Game Crashes Before Ammy Draft

I have an issue with the game constantly crashing. I was playing in my solo league, when my computer froze in the middle of the Amateur draft. I had to shut down my computer, and when I loaded the game back up it was back to January 1st. (The Ammy Draft is set for June 15)

Once I got to June 15 again, and the draft came up, the game froze when I tried to start the draft and unexpectedly closed. I assumed maybe the file had been destroyed, so the league was wasted... and simply started a new league. However, I've now created three different leagues, and every time the game freezes and closes when I try to start the amateur draft.

Is there a key file missing, probably? Or is there an easy fix? The only thing I can think of trying is redownloading the game and hoping that cures it, but thought I would check here before doing anything that drastic. Thanks in advance.

I tried a few solutions today with no success. I first tried to delete all of my leagues, and then created a new one, but again had the same issue when I got to the amateur draft.

After that failed I uninstalled OOTPX and then redownloaded the game and tried installing it again. After starting a new league, I again had the same issue.

Is there a way to entirely wipe the game off my computer? I've noticed that even when I uninstall it, most of the files remain on my hard drive somewhere because when I redownload and install the game all of my leagues and settings remain there. I think clearing the game entirely off my hard drive (kind of like a factory reset would do, but I only want to get rid of OOTP, nothing else) and then reinstalling it would cure the problem...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
