HELP: Licenses no longer work

I recently reinstalled Open Suse 11.1 on my PC. Now, when I try to relicense my copy of the game, NEITHER OF MY LICENSES WORK. I have typed them exactly as they appeared in the email from the company, but to no avail.

COULD NOT ACTIVATE LICENSE
Please make sure the serial number is correct...

I also tried the Off-line activation, but that was a bust too.

I can send my purchase information, I just need to know where to send it.
