Crash when going to News Page

What were you doing? I was trying to go to the "News Page" (Email page).
What happened? When I try to access the "News Page" (Email page) or a specific email message, the game crashes.
Reproducible? Yes
Problem occurs with other leagues? Yes

Additional note...I had a blue screen of death occur when I was on the email page...since then, every time I select the email page, the game crashes (OOTP Baseball 10 has stopped working). This happens in existing leagues or new leagues. I have reinstalled the entire game and am up to date on the patches.
