Question about Lahman database path

I like using that database. The problem is I got a new laptop and OOTPX loaded fine, Gambo database loads great each time. However when I select a path to the Lahman database I select Master.csv, select any year, I get this:

The Loading of the historical database failed. Please make sure the year is between 1871 and 2008, and the path to the database is correct>

I'm selecting the path that I've always selected and never had a problem before. The only difference between the two computers is the new one runs Windows 7. Am I missing something simple that I just forgot?

Don't thank me yet. That fix didn't work for me. Just pointed out that it sounded like the same issue.
