Unable to Patch PC (Windows XP) Version

I am unable to patch beacuse the game is not in the default directory. I download the patch and run it. It asks where to do the installation, so I navigate to my OOTP directory. Unfortunately, the install button is greyed out.

I see that other people have this problem, but I haven't been able to decipher the solution. Can someone help?

The easiest workaround is to download the full file.
Do a complete uninstall/install.
If you are on a PC there is no licence issues.
(you won't have to unlicence)
You don't need to delete your saved games....but I would always advise backing them up as often as possible.
Not great I know...but it is a workaround.
(Plus I would always suggest having the latest full game install files anyway....just in case)
