Solo League Keeps Crashing

Hey, hope someone can help me with this. Running into a problem with my solo league where the game keeps crashing between the dates of 3/16 and 3/17. This is the off-day during spring training in the main league, which I'm sure we're all familiar with. There is another competing league that is also in Spring Training that does have games that day, but I'm not sure if that matters.
I've already simmed that day's games and saved the game there, it's when I try to finish that day and move on to the next day that the game keeps crashing.
Anyone have any ideas?

Scott, can you please try the instructions listed here, and see if this addresses your issue?

That doesn't work. I can't generate a new schedule because I'm not in the off-season.

I am having a similar problem...I am on date 3.13.1954 (date prior to Spring Training) and when I try to sim to the next date, the game crashes repeatedly. I have tried the "generate schedule" solution to no avail. Is my career simply corrupted or is this fixable?
