Launch Trouble

I bought Out of the Park Baseball 10, licensed it, downloaded it, but then uninstalled it because the program would not run (I didn't know of the methods to get it open yet). After doing this, I installed the program again, without licensing it yet, but the program will not open (saying "OOTP baseball has stopped working"). Right clicking to run as administrator is not working. What should I do?

(I have Windows Vista)

I did each of the steps listed on page two of the "Problems running the game with Vista" post, but I'm still getting the same thing-- although the game did let me license it before failing to launch

I'm not positive that it's a license issue, but it's the only thing that comes to mind so I'd just say contact your licensor: http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/joom...se-issues.html.

Sorry, I know that's not much help, but it's all I can come up with at the moment if you've tried everything in that thread.
