Got The Itch

Hey purchased and loved OOTP 10 last year and loved it. Recently bought a new laptop and have the itch to play on my new portable. How or to whom can I request my purchase code from. I have found one code but as it is not working I believe it is to the previous version of the game OOTP 9 or whatever it was called. Can anyone help?
