Help - Cannot Load Game

Hi,

I am now unable to load a saved game. When it gets to 70% of the load, it crashes saying OOTP has to close due to an error.

I am running 10.2.16 and really do not want to start a new game...any suggestions? You help is very much appreciated!

Hi Matt...did you know you are running an old version....?
Current version is 10.4.36

Did your PC (or is it a MAC) crash whilst you were playing OOTP (or had it loaded)?
Is it any Saved Game...or just one?
(If it's the only saved game, create another to test)
If it is just the one you are possibly looking at file corruption.
At this point it may be necessary to mention regular back-ups.
To an external source if possible.

If this not the case then first thing I would attempt to do is to do an uninstall/install using the latest full file.
(if you are having problems, don't mess around with patches)
If you are on the PC you won't need to Unlicence or delete your saved games.
