American flags- all of them!

Just started a new game in the year 1933. I noticed that when I went in to edit players in Commissioner Mode that I can't make them from any other nation other than the US- all the flags are American! Is this a bug, or is it because the players in question are operating so early in the 20th century that there wouldn't be non-American players?

What is the Foreigner Percentage set to? (for the ML)

I tried with the info from this thread (what there is) and it worked OK for me.

SMFXR01- thanks anyway, not really that important. Just thought someone might have had this happen before to them...

Did you play around with the nations.txt or cities.txt files before creating the league? I've had some goofy things happen when I was doctoring these and they didn't match (like you change the nations, but none of the cities match the nations).

I made a quick 1933 league and I was able to edit the players to have other nations. So you should be able to.

Are the nation names correct and just the flags showing wrongly?
