Charged Me Twice

I recently bought a license for OOTP X and with one of my cards, an error message popped up saying "zip code is invalid" or something along those lines. So I used a different card to purchase the game.

Thing is, I was charged on both accounts. Is there any way I can be refunded for one of my charges?

I contacted ootp through email several days ago to no response. It is obviously a clerical error so I am hoping somebody can help me out here.

See the second post of the licenses sticky for the "Whom Do I Contact..." link. Just try to give them as much pertinent info as you can to speed up the process.
