Question on trades

I started an online with just my friend, we are at 5/18th of the season. We decided to make a trade. As commish (box is checked) I forced the trade as even though it said it was a good deal, the box popped up wanting me to add another player which I didnt want to do. Deal was fine between both of us.

Now since we did the trade and its only us, I decided to create the files and upload without simming any games so we can adjust our rosters. Now after after the upload of the league file and he downloaded it, we each got news of the trade, but I still had my Catcher and his 3rd Basemen was on the Free Agent list ??? In each of their history is says about the trade but what needs to be done to get the players to the right teams ???

Any help would be much appreciated...

Nevermind someone told me to edit the player and now they are on the right teams...
