Owner Removal

How do other commishes manage ownership removal for inactive owners?

Do you have a set of rules that you follow regardless of who it is? Do longtime owners get more leeway than new owners? Manage it on a case by case basis?

Just curious how other commishes decide when to pull the trigger on getting rid of an inactive owner.

I send out an email and give the GM 24 hours to respond to keep control of his team, if no response the team is available. If they respond, they are on a really short leash for the next dozen sims or so.

I put up a poll on my forum to see what the leagues gms thought was fair and this won by landslide
