Load Online League File problems

I have some owners in my league that are having issues downloading the league file through the "Load Online League File" option. What they are reporting is that the file will download to 99% and then pop up a message box with the error "Could not download league file."

Others (including when I tested it) are not having the same issue, and anyone downloading the file outside of the game and extracting it are not having any problems at all.

Is this a common error? Are there known fixes that someone could point me to?

Do you have it set for league file download via ftp or http? It sounds like ftp if you are getting the progress bar since http download has no progress bar.

So one quick fix you could try is switching the download type to http instead and see if that works for everyone. You say people can download the file manually outside of the game via http, so it is worth a shot.

If you would rather stay on ftp download, have one of the people that are having the problem enable ftp trace logging and then download the file. When it bombs, you can have them send me the ftp trace log and I can try to see if I can figure out what is happening there.
