This might be a silly question, but will it be possible to have one 'install license' on a Windows PC and one on a Mac PC, or are you limited to Windows only or Mac only?

Mac / Linux are both the same license. Windows is a seperate license. You can do one Mac, one Linux both the Windows licenses have to be used on Windows machines.

Unfortunately this won't happen for this version. The fact that I would have to buy two versions to run it on my Mac and Windows machines will probably be the reason I won't purchase v10 until I can buy once for all platforms. If they figure out something before v11, then I'll purchase. If not, guess I'll just have to wait for v11.
