Will we be able to have the ability to start a franchise from scratch?

For example, adding 2 teams to the American League, or something in that nature?

Sure, Expansion is currently included in OOTP 9. My guess is it should be included in X also

definitely is a cool feature. Teams have their protected/unprotected lists and whatnot. I have only expanded a few times, but it is definitely easier now than it was before

I highly recommend trying out the v9 demo. You can do all sort fun, silly stuff to your leagues if you want to.
