Roster Question

I have OOTP 9 and would like to start playing 10 when it comes out with real players, but with rosters that are not the "correct" teams for those players (i.e. having Santana stay with the Twins instead of playing for the Mets). Is there a way to adjust the rosters without having to trade them from one team to another or having to do this in the game...basically, is there a way to customize a roster of real players before the start of play in the league?

Also, I had another question...when the roster expands to 40 players late in the year, is there anyway of increasing your roster without having the players that you would add from the minors using one of their minor league option years.

yes, lots of customizing is available, and really pretty easy to do...
