Moving teams between leagues easily?

Just brainstorming for my big fictional OOTP X league; here is the plan for the start of the universe atm.

1877 - The Centenary League is founded, with teams from Rhode Island to Cincinnati.
1885 - The Pittsburgh and Manhattan franchise move to the newly founded Abraham Lincoln Baseball Championship (teams from Boston all the way out to St. Louis)

3 main questions:
  • Can I easily move the Pittsburgh and Manhattan franchises from the CL to Lincoln (these aren't sub-leagues, they are two different league organisations
  • Will I be able to (probably around the turn of century) rename the ALBC into the nicer name of the Lincoln League, without messing up the league history
  • Will I be able to move all the teams from the CL and the LL into a new league after WW2, keeping the team histories, logos, records, and possibly younger players who return from military service with a team still owning their rights in the team

Basically, I want to know how easily I can move teams between leagues

Very easily. I don't think there's any plans for changing this from how it works in OOTP 9, but you can shuffle teams around and all the history is maintained.

"Beings will come, Frodo. The one constant through all the years has been baseball. Middle Earth has rolled by like an army of Mumakil. It has been erased like a slate, rebuilt and erased again. But baseball has marked the time. This field, this game: it's a part of our past, Frodo. It reminds of us of all that once was good and it could be again. Oh... beings will come Frodo. Beings will most definitely come." - Gladden Field of Dreams
