Moving a league from OOTP9 to OOTP 10

I have pre-ordered and I know we will be able to transfer our OOTP9 leagues into the new version. My only question relates to the fact that my OOTP9 league uses edited nations and cities files: am I correct in thinking that I will have to copy these two files into the new game in order to retain the cities and nations relevant to my league?

No, those are only used when the league is created. So, if you're just moving a league from 9 to 10, they're already part of the league data.

The only thing that gets re-imported every time you load a game is the injuries. So, if you have a custom injuries.txt, that will need to be copied.

"Beings will come, Frodo. The one constant through all the years has been baseball. Middle Earth has rolled by like an army of Mumakil. It has been erased like a slate, rebuilt and erased again. But baseball has marked the time. This field, this game: it's a part of our past, Frodo. It reminds of us of all that once was good and it could be again. Oh... beings will come Frodo. Beings will most definitely come." - Gladden Field of Dreams
