As a follow-up, I had never seen this issue until after installing the patch. Now I'm actually seeing it quite frequently.

The pitch was actually a changeup.

It was actually a forkball.

I'm pretty sure they're two different types of pitches. I believe I've seen both types listed for pitchers.

Forkball:
A pitch in baseball gripped with the index and middle fingers spread wide apart. The pitch is thrown hard to induce a sharp sinking action. Acts as an effective changeup. A very hard forkball is known as the splitfinger fastball or splitter.

Brewers-Angels Deal: Hall for Escobar

Escobar has chalked up a lifetime ERA of 4.21 with 101 victories and 93 defeats. He has totaled 1322 career strikeouts in 1521 innings while holding opponents to a 15.968 batting average.



On second look, I noticed on Escobar's player profile page that his career opponent's batting average is above 8.000 - this is probably a data issue since there's a lot of historical OppBA and BABIP data missing from his pitching stats page. I'll post it in the roster set thread instead.

Now that being said, here's one I'm pretty sure isn't a roster set issue:

Injury Worsens, Return Delayed For Marlins Amezaga

Florida received another blow today when doctors revealed that Marlins shortstop Alfredo Amezaga had suffered a setback in his recovery and will miss additional time because of a partially torn labrum. %personlink l] has been nearing his projected return date, but now that will be pushed back 6 weeks.

This is correct in the Text Database. The problem must be elsewhere in the chain.

Those little bracket thingies work well, especially when you include one at the beginning and at the end of a token.

pstrickert or tysok will have to figure this one out.

I didn't see it in the Text Database.

Maybe it is hard-coded and Markus will have to fix it.

It's a bap hop, instead of bad hop.

This was already fixed by the time I got to it.

I checked all of the calls and found them all correct.
