I just had a pitch on the inside corner for srike three!

It's written exactly like that "inside corner for srike three!"

Maybe Suzyn Waldman was doing play-by-play that inning

Sure thing.

I have another one, too. Not a TYPO, per se, but I got these lines in the PBP on a catcher's throw to second base:

Riggans with a strike to second...
BAD throw, it sails into the outfield...

Obviously, if it's a strike to second it shouldn't be a bad throw that's sailing anywhere because "strike to second" implies that it's an excellent throw.

News Error

Playing as the Manager of a minor league team in the Texas Rangers organization and got this news story:

Ian Kinsler expressed his disappointment when he learned that a fractured fibula would sideline him for 3 months. "I'll just spend a lot of time in the training room and hopefully speed up the healing process. Nobody likes to be out of the line-up," explained Davis. The second baseman got hurt in today's game with the Arizona Diamondbacks. He was hurt colliding with a player at a base. Team officials had no comment on his roster replacement.

Obviously, the Davis part is the problem.

Two Minor PBP errors

I had a great time managing the Clinton LumberKings to victory in game 1 of my non-demo OOTP career.

Two PBP errors showed up.

1. There was a reference to the catcher tagging out the batter on a swinging third strike. There were runners on 1st and 2nd with less than 2 outs, so no tag was in order.

2. There was a reference to a "two-out base hit" when there was only one out.

Otherwise, good lively PBP.

Thanks for posting.

pstrickert will have the answer to these.

All references to "two-out base hit" looked correct in the Text Database.

"The Office of the Commissioner has informed you that the following staff member of the Binghamton Mets (EL, AA)Mike Hargrove"

no space between (EL, AA) and Mike, and the sentence is incomplete

The pitch to Montgomery...
Montgomery swings...
popped up wide of third...
and it lands on the visitors dugout.

I've seen this one as well, and, though not expressly a typo, I've seen a number of instances where the first baseman is chasing down pop ups down the 3rd base line and/or into left field.

"that was a fine offer, I prefer it at the moment."

"that" should be capitalized. The sentence might also be restructured into two.
