OOTP 10 on new laptop

Just got a new laptop and will download V10 but my V9 league will be on my old laptop. Will it simply be a matter of copying "saved game" folder etc to new version or is that childish optimism on my part. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.

I see no reason why that wouldn't work.

I'm thinking you might want to copy your league folder to the new laptop, and then use the "Convert" option in OOTPX. With the new pitching model I think converting would be necessary. This is merely speculation on my part though.

Pretty sure you'll have to import the file into v 10. You should be able to put the save folder on your new computer and just browse to it to import your on-going game.
