Logo sizes and specs

Can someone post some detailed info on how logos work now, and what sizes are available? I am waiting till Friday to get the game and want to get my house in order if there are some major changes.

I assume there is no longer an NDA, so any help would be appreciated.

7 logos are used. You give the game one regular sized logo and it will create the other ones (of course you can edit them as well). The sizes are are 150, 110, 90, 60, 50, 40 and 25. They are used at different places within the game and HTML. No specifics but maybe neojonas would know and definitely Andreas would.

So a little noob question....

In the Ingame-Add-On-Manager is the possibility to download some Logo-Packs. So i tried the Circular Logos, and started a new game. For 2/3 of the Teams the Logos are ok, for the Rest, the Standard-Logos are used. So is it not possible to use the old Logo-Packs for OOTP X and i have to wait for new ones, right??

Try deleting all of the logos, then unzipping the Circular logos again. The game should then create the smaller logos using the circular ones.

It could be they are named in the pack differently than OOTP X expects also, like StLouis_Cardinals versus St_Louis_Cardinals or something like that. I don't have too much experience with the in game add-on installer.

Yeah, that is the Problem. Problems are in the following Examples:

Prior: New_York_Mets
Now: New_York_(N)_Mets

Prior: Chicago_White_Sox
Now: Chicago_(A)_White_Sox

I changed the Logo-Names and everything is ok

Thanks udbacker. I just deleted all the logos form the images folder and put my historic logos in the image file and that fixed everything, the game does generate all the other sized logos..Thank you again

If I understand this post correctly, you can now edit individual sized logos. If thats true.. cool.

the problem is when you have certain logos it may look good in 150 x 150 size but horrible in 25 x 25.

Example is the atrtached. IGNORE THE BLACK BOX, its just showing the size limit of the graphic

The 150 x 150 logo looks great at current size but when you see the 25 x 25 resize noted as 'default' it looks bad.. however if you can edit the individual 25 x 25 on its own, you can have something a little better as shown in the 'Ind Modified' example.

SO ARE WE 100% SURE WE CAN MOD INDIVIDEAL SIZES ON THIER OWN??

You are correct, some logos will look worse at smaller sizes. But with the amount of different logos per team available. You could choose an alternate, simpler logo for the small ones (for example, the team cap logo.)
