Foreigner limits changed in V10?

As I recall in V9, you could set the "foreigner limit" on a roster anywhere from 0 to the maximum number of players on your roster.

Now I'm only seeing the ability to go from 0 to 10 players for a 'foreigner limit', unless I'm missing something.

This makes it impossible to, for example, have a team based largely on foreigners, but requiring at least 2-3 of the players be "homegrown".

Am I missing something here? Has that changed?

Yep....it was 0-10 in V9. However, due to screwy logic you can leave it set to 10 and then set the pitchers and hitters to 10 each that will set the limit at 20.
