New look of the HTML player pages
What does everyone think of the new look of the HTML player cards? Here are some of my thoughts, both positive and negative:
- Right-clicking on the player's name no longer brings up a menu that can take you to the player screen. If I want to do that now, I have to back out and do it from the previous page's link. - I like that the ratings lines are now listed vertically rather than horizontally. That matches how it's presented on the player page. The non-matching vertical in one place horizontal in the other from previous versions made my brain hurt. - The bars are back, baby. I missed them. Visual cues are always a good thing, especially in a game like this. - Previously the contract/service/options/etc. stuff was non-existent on the page if you had all that disabled in your league. Now it's taking up precious real-estate on my player card. Bleah. - This isn't new, but I really hate and have always hated the splits being above the career stats. The splits are such a huge chunk of content to always be scrolling past. - The large stats line right under the player photo should have OPS in it for hitters.
