How To Turn Off Interleague Play?

I created a historical league based on 2004, rearranged the players/teams into a different setup, and want to try to import a schedule that will work. However, I can't import a schedule because the game says I need to turn off interleague play. However, I do not see any place anywher to turn off interleague play. Please help.

A schedule can only be changed in the preseason or in the off season.
So if you're in either one of these, you can try going into league setup and then options.

To the best of my knowledge, this is correct. If you need a little extra visual, consult the manual with a search with interleague. It should take you, eventually, to a section with a picture like this one.

There's nothing there related to Interleague Play.

I have spent hour upon hour in the manual, including the page you excerpted. There is nothing on that page, nor anything in the manual, about turning off Interleague Play.

If it is grayed out you're not in the right time of year.

Endgames screen shot is exactly where you need to be.

Step by step it is;

Game, game setup, league setup, options tab, it should be center right of your screen.
