Wow, Kelric, you're nothing but bad news! LOL. Seriously, thanks for the help. That's a huge bummer. HUGE. Everything I've tried to do with OOTP X over the past few days has basically been a waste. I'm not sure I can bear re-drafting all the players onto their correct teams each year. It would be easy to associate a real player ID # with a franchise, as OOTP already has to do when players are drafted. Just keep that player ID# consistent each year and voila, issue solved.

Wait. Are we talking about different 'correct' teams here?
The way I read this: 1) You're putting players onto fictional teams of your choosing. You want to know if they will be put back onto their real life MLB teams (the 'correct' teams). I say they won't. The way I now think you're saying this: 2) You're putting players onto fictional teams of your choosing. You want to know if they will stay on their new 'correct' teams. If you're saying it like the latter example, then, yes, they will stay on their new teams.
