Historical pitch data not importing...

I'm trying to fix my database for this version of the game and I noticed that the game would not import the historical pitch data for pitchers. I first that this was a problem with my database but I importing seasons using both the provided .odb database and the .csv database and it appears that this is still occuring.

Is this happening to everybody or is this isolated to my install?

Me too, my first version of the Cooperstown set could not get it from any of the X DB's. I just did some quick fix and the guys I know, removing certain pitches from certain era players. I will look to change it in a lter release.....meh!

Make sure you do not have the .odb in the same folder of your fixed casv files, otherwise the .odb will be loaded.

Our current version does not have all the right pitches assigned to historical pitchers, this will be updated in the first patch

Edit: Also make sure that starting pitchers have at least 3 pitches assigned, otherwise the game wil generate matching pitch ratings from scratch for the pitcher in question.

1st it's great to see that this is to be fixed in the patch. Will this include the knuckleball/screwball pitchers or will this still remain blank? Im holding up creating a league until Valenzuela has a screwball and the Niekros have knucklers) Also, thanks for the tip on the starting pitchers and having at least 3 pitchers.

However, This appears to also be happening with the .odb database, but then again I may just be nuts. I am noticing when I import using the .odb database it is assigning pitches such as knuckleballs, screwballs etc that are not included at all in the database. I've checked this simply by looking at a leagues players sorted by pitch types.

I haven't had a chance to take an in depth look at the ratings the game is assigning but I am noticing these types of discrepancies. I'm hoping that those pitchers being assigned knucklers and such are simply because they are starters who arent assigned 3 pitches. I'll take a closer look at it when I get the chance.
