A few easy things I woudl still love to see added

I enjoyed OotP 9 and had to get X and I must say I love all the improvements made but there are still things that bother me a bit when I play.

- I think Human Managers and GMs should have contracts, based on how good they are they should get more money, and a longer length. I would not much care about using the money to buy stuff but just to get and idea of how you stack up compaired to others. and when given job offers you could choose one based on contract value and length.

- I would love to see a play by play option where you can give the runner the green light, and the batter, and like whith the steal the runner will only go if he thinks he can make it. you have a run and hit which is close but often the runner gets thrown out more than a whe you try a steal

- Manage a ML team like the minors and still have the GM above you. Though you can work around this with coach settings, still it seems like the simplest thing to change

- A way to tell the AI GM when you are a manager of a team to give you a certain type of player. sometimes I get 7 starters and as such do not need 11 pitchers, I could get by with 10 because my relivers will last awhile. or sometimes I only have 1 good play for a postion and would be nice to say give me a short stop and take away a pitcher.

- An alternative to the one above woudl be for them to give you a list of who the would like to move into and out of your team, and give you a choise to pick, maybe they can give you more say the higher up you are, and less the lower

I am not sure how easy the last 2 would be and I am open to suggestions on how to give some control over your minor league team without having full control, then you could just bring down the best players from above and win every game

but the first ones I thing would be really simple because it all aready in the game in some other form, a steal mixed with a swing away, managers are in the minors, and all mangers but humans get contracts and such.

any feed back or other suggestions are welcome though

I agree with this. A human manager not having to pay someone in that slot provides a monetary advantage to the human player.
