Minor League Promotions and Demotions

Does anyone know the easiest way of having players in your minor leagues be promoted and demoted automatically? I spend a lot of time manually moving players based on the minor league report (ready for Double AA etc...) I mostly follow these recommendations, so it would be great to have it done automatically.

If you go under the manager tab on the top of the screen and click on "options". On the left side of the screen under your manager picture you will have several options. Change the Minor League Promotions/Demotions drop-down to "Minor League Managers" and the A.I. will now handle all minor league promotions and demotions automatically.
