Where is this list. Step by step. Just can't seem to find it.

Don't have game loaded right now, so doing this from memory...

Team home page...then on the right side there's a tab labeled "player salaries". It shows capital A's next to those that are arbitration eligible.

This can also be accessed if you go to your team financial's screen/front office and then click on salary report.
