import/export games in OOTP10?

Just curious if they added the OOTP6.5 feature of importing/exporting games back into OOTP10..

I looked in the feature list and don't see it listed again...

Not sure what you mean ...

If you mean exporting player files, fiddling with the data and importing them back in, yes, you can do that.
