Beards and Facial Hair

Should these numbers add up to 100, i.e. does each entry represent a percentage chance of occurrence?

No, they don't need to add up to 100. OOTP will calculate the proper percentage use.

Yeah, it is. And those are already installed, which is what prompted my question. They're nice, though so far, using equal distribution numbers for the originals plus all of yours I seem to be getting a lot of full beards.

When I was creating them, the seemed to take a while to "settle in" and the game start to use them evenly. I think at least some of it had to do with the fact that when a player was created, he only selected from the beards available at that time regardless of which beards would be available when his picture would eventually be created.
