There was a long standing bug in OOTP that allowed players who were on the 40 man roster and out of options to sit in the minor leagues forever and that was finally fixed in OOTPX.

Thats why you see your entire 40 man roster brought up for spring training. It's part of the fix.

I'd like the ability to to set the ST schedule. Right now it's set up so I only play the teams in my division. What I want is to play the teams I rarely see during the regular season.
