Scheduling games between leagues

Hey all,

I apologize in advance if I'm doing something silly or overlooking something, but I have a question:

Is it possible to schedule games between leagues? I am running a test league at present, with two separate leagues - the Premier League and the Super League. Both are 6 team leagues.

Anyway, after both leagues conclude their playoffs, my idea is to have the two league playoff champions meet in a best-of-seven series. I thought I could go in after the playoffs conclude and simply add the games one at a time to the schedule. In the 'Edit League Schedule' there is the option to pick both leagues, but when I pick the two respective clubs, it will not add the game. I have selected all different times of games (Exhibition, Playoff, etc) and nothing works.

I have also tried at different times (pre-season, off season, etc).

Is this possible? And if not, any ideas on workarounds on how to do it?

The test league is just two separate leagues, but if I can get it to work, I have plans to have 6-8 separate leagues and have a kind of super tournament at the conclusion of their respective seasons to determine a true champion (if possible, that is).

Thanks in advance!

No, this is not possible in the game. As much as many would like it to be there is not a champions playoff that is currently possible. There are work arounds but that involves creating an additional league and moving teams to that league and then back to their old league but there are possilbe problems that could arise or issues with history.

Thanks toxicavenger74

I was afraid that was the answer.

Take care.

I would think your best bet woudl be to make your leagues sub leagues with in the one league and turn off inner league play, I am not sure you can do every thing you want.

I know if you wanted muti natial leagues, or different rules and such you could not do it without using 2 legaues, but that is all I can think of as far as having 2 leagues playing a champoin ship.

I would like to be able to do this for an English high school league I would like to do. I want to have 8 regional leagues, and have the winners play off for the National title. I know I can kind of do this now with sub leagues and custom playoffs / schedules, but the schedules are a bit of an ass.
