Ootp 10 shows no mercy

Well I get my brand new 1980 league all ready to go and take over the helm of my beloved Blue Jays. Of course being full of confidence I didn't bother to check can't be fired. Well guess what 44 games they gave me the boot, sure my record was 11-33 but heck this is the 80 Jays what do you expect. But I vow they will regret the day, now I just need some team to offer me a job.

I think in Commish mode you control the whole shebang and can't be fired.
