yeah, waiver trades are great. Has the bug that existed in 9 that if another team claimed the player, it just canceled the trade instead of giving the player to the claiming team been fixed?

I've actually managed to use this a couple of times in recent versions when I fall out of the playoff race and want to dump an over-priced veteran, and vice versa.
