Minor league affiliations (fictional)
I set up a standard style league with majors, AAA, AA, and single A. When I looked at the Single A league, I noticed that in some divisions, the computer set up 2 teams with the same parent team, and on more than one occasion. I don't follow the minor league teams at all IRL - is that correct?

In the real world, major league clubs have, on occasion, had two affiliates within the same league. However, there are no such instances currently, nor for the last several years.

That's what I figured more or less. The computer is setting up minor league teams without much regard for who does and doesn't have a minor league team, it seems.

The methods by which OOTP sets up fictional leagues in terms of league alignments as well as affiliated minor leagues alignments and affiliations could do with much improvement, that's certainly true...
